Since their first show at the Ageas bowl in 2019, The Hampshire Business Show has become the regions largest and most effective B2B networking platform which attracts small, medium and large enterprises to connect, do business and collaborate.

The Challenge

With an event that attracts over 1,000 attendees and 100 exhibitors every single year, Hampshire Business Show was in need of a reliable solution to help deliver all their digital, audio-visual, and event production-based needs to avoid disappointing the thousands of attendees on the day of the event.

The Solution

Spanning across two floors that included both a seminar zone and keynote stage, the demand for a reliable wayfinding system to aid attendees was understandably high. We provided over 15 digital display screens across The Ageas Bowl to help guide attendees to their intended location with ease.

In addition to the digital screens, professional audio-visual equipment was supplied and maintained by our experienced team. This enabled The Hampshire Business Show to host notable keynote speakers to clearly and reliably share advice and insight in their fields of expertise with attendees.

Having been partners with The Hampshire Business Show since their kick-off in 2019, we have helped and advised them with everything they would need to make their ideal business show a success.
